Recently, overweight and obese people are increasing. These people are increasing year by year. In 1995, 15% of 40 around males are overweight, but in 2004, 25% of males are overweight. In females, 15% of females are overweight in 1995 but 20% of females are overweight in 2004.One of the reasons why this phenomenon happen, people don’t exercise. Much way to move is developing so we come to not walk. We usually use car, bus, train and airplane. We don’t walk. Walking is good exercise. Some people who don’t have a time to go to gym should walk every day. If we do walk every day, we can prevent overweight and obese. Overweight causes chronic disease, heart disease, diabetes, cancers, etc so we should be careful to overweight. Anyway we should exercise little by little.
